The second edition of the ATP 250 Chile Open takes place next week at the Center Court of Club Deportivo Universidad Catolica in Santiago, the last stop of the South American Golden Swing.
Cristian Garin is the top seed, facing Federico Coria, Gianluca Mager, Joao Sousa, Jozef Kovalik and two qualifiers in the upper quarter. Struggling with an injury, Cristian is yet to find his form in 2021, playing only a couple of matches and suffering tough losses.
Pablo Andujar and Salvatore Caruso are the seeded players in the second quarter, challenged by Roberto Carballes Baena, Juan Manuel Cerundolo, Gonzalo Lama and Daniel Elahi Galan.
Frances Tiafoe plays against Nicolas Jarry in the opening round in the third quarter, with Laslo Djere, Leonardo Mayer, Marco Cecchinato and Facundo Bagnis also in contention. Benoit Paire, Federico Delbonis, Jaume Munar and the Cordoba champion Francisco Cerundolo are in the bottom quarter.
