The Hall of Fame Open is an ATP 250 tournament held every year year at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, Rhode Island and holds the distinction of being the only grass-court tournament being held outside of Europe.
After going on a hiatus in 2020 due to the pandemic, the event returned in 2021 with Kevin Anderson surpassing the odds by winning the title. The South African announced this retirement in May of this year and will not be returning to defend his title, leaving John Isner as the most recent title-holder after the American lifted the trophy in 2019.
Isner will be joined by compatriots Jenson Brooksby, Maxime Cressy and Steve Johnson. Kazakhstan's Alexander Bublik has also entered the event, in addition to Czech veteran Jiri Vesely and France's Benjamin Bonzi.
The event will run from July 11-17, 2022. Below is the list of entrants.
