An ATP 250 event, Adelaide 2 will commence immediately following Adelaide International 1. Gael Monfils lifted the trophy in 2022, but the Frenchman will not be competing at this year's edition.
Russian Andrey Rublev, the inaugural champion from the 2020 event, will be competing alongside compatriot Karen Khachanov. Spaniards Roberto Bautista Agut and Pablo Carreno Busta are also scheduled to compete. Australian Nick Kyrgios announced his withdrawal from the event, citing an injury and the desire to focus on the upcoming Australian Open.
With so many exciting players present, the prize pool will offer $642,735 as players warm-up for the first Grand Slam of the season in Melbourne.
