It's semi-finals day at the Miami Open with three semi-finals to determine which players will contest the final over the weekend as we have Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner, Karen Khachanov and more in contention.
The programme will begin at 13:00 local time with Karen Khachanov taking on Daniil Medvedev. It's a Russian derby in Miami as both players try to book the final, a valuable one for both. Medvedev is the clear favourite but don't dismiss Khachanov who has been playing the best tennis in recent months here.
The second semi-final will be a WTA one as Petra Kvitova battles Sorana Cirstea. The Romanian has a slight edge with more rest but Kvitova can certainly win that match and is the far better player overall. Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner will be the premium of the day as the Spaniard looks to continue his quest towards the Sunshine double.
