The quarterfinals days at the bett1HULKS Championship is due on Friday and the 4-match schedule of play is a very good one.
The bett1HULKS Championship is entering its finals day and on Friday the quarterfinals will take place with a strong 4 match schedule. Play will commence at 14:00 with Sinner taking on Simon. Jannik has been playing superb tennis indoors for over a year now and he looked sharp in Cologne. Simon hasn't been a slouch either as he put forward his best performances in a while here. After them, we will see another banger of a match between Schwartzman and Davidovich Fokina. Diego has been stellar on clay this year and he looked good in his first indoor match yesterday. Davidovich Fokina has been playing good tennis for a while now so it is shaping up a to an epic match.
The fan favourite Alexander Zverev will step onto the court at 18:00 to take on Adrian Mannarino. Zverev won the first Cologne event last week and he will look to do the same here. While Adrian is a good tennis play he simply lacks the quality to challenge Zverev, especially on home ground where he will enjoy the support of German fans. The final match of the day will be between Felix Auger-Aliassime and Yoshihito Nishioka. The Japanese player scored an upset win against Stuff in the previous round so he will fancy his chances against Felix who has been on fire in Cologne. Whatever happens, it should be a very good and enjoyable match.
