Recent reports from Australia are suggesting that the likelihood of Djokovic getting deported is slightly higher than him being allowed to stay.
The same reports are also indicating that Djokovic plans to appeal the deportation decision if it does occur. Paul Sakkal of 'The Age', a victorian newspaper, wrote on Twitter:
"Sources in Djokovic team saying they hope appeal can be heard over the weekend and finalised by Sunday if government re-cancels visa on Friday. One Liberal Party source said the government was leaning towards cancelling the visa and deporting."
Djokovic already won one court battle down under which allowed him to stay in the country for the time being. There is a chance that he might still get deported based thanks to executive powers of certain Ministers but his legal team is ready to fight that decision in court as well. The decision on his status has been postponed several days after the Minister in question hasn't finished 'considering' the matter.
