Maria Sakkari is enjoying a very good run at the St. Petersburg Open in Russia with the event showing love for the player after another win.
Sakkari is through to the quarterfinals after beating native Ekaterina Alexandrova in straight sets and following the match the event's Twitter page wrote 'Maria, We love you' in Greek. Sakkari is the top seed at the event and has a pretty good chance at winning the WTA 500 event and further improve her WTA Ranking.
The Greek has obviously many fans in Russia and post like the one below prove it.
