Spain will be playing in the final at the 2020 ATP Cup when they defeated Australia after Bautista and Nadal successfully handled their singles matches.

Roberto Bautista started the 2nd semifinal tie with another victory at the 2020 ATP Cup. The Spaniard did not lose a set in Australia and he was a great no. 2 for his country. This time, he has defeated Nick Kyrgios 6-1, 6-4.
After first match did not offer a lot to watch for the home fans when Kyrgios lost already after 82 minutes, they were hoping for a great battle in the second match. And it was a real battle.
Alex De Minaur had a great start into the match when he broke Nadal's first service game to gain an early lead in the first set. He did not lose that as he did not allow his opponent to have a break point in the first set and he has won the first set 6-4.
We have seen the great battle without break points also in the second set when both players held their service games until 12th game. There, Nadal converted his first break point which was also a set point to win the second set 7-5.
The beginning of the third set was not good at all for De Minaur. He managed to win only one point out of first 15 and he was soon losing 4-0. It seemed that Aussie would fight back when he broke Nadal's next service game. But the world number one took the lost service game back and won the next game to win the third set 6-1. After losing to Goffin yesterday, Nadal did not hesitate today and pushed his country to the final. Spain will meet Serbia as world number one will meet world number 2 in a highly-anticipated matchup.
