Novak Djokovic distanced himself from the label of an anti-vaxxer, Ryanair took to Twitter to troll the Serbian superstar for his comments.
Novak Djokovic has taken the heat over his stance on vaccinations from many around the world, but yesterday the tennis champion was roasted by none other than low-cost airline Ryanair. Djokovic distanced himself from the label of anti-vaxxer explaining he was not against vaccines having taken them as a kid. But he also confirmed that he would not get vaccinated in the near future.
The social media team of the low-cost airline Ryanair clearly found inspiration in Djokovic's comments writing on Twitter:
“We’re not an airline but we do fly planes."
Even though Ryanair’s tweet was liked by more than 29,700 people, not everyone agreed with the company’s stance. “Why are you taking a position on this? Bizarre,” said one user while another called the jab “cringe”.
