Stan Wawrinka crushes Andy Murray in Bordeaux

After a good showing in Aix, Murray is back to struggling on clay with Stan Wawrinka smashing him comfortably 6-3 6-0 at the Bordeaux Challenger.

Wawrinka admitted a few days ago that he's feeling really good right now with his tennis and he certainly looked like that when he took on Murray in Bordeaux. It was a rather comfortable win for him in two sets as he proved much better than Murray on clay. It's not a huge surprise because the Brit was struggling as it is on the surface except for one run in Aix recently.

The match itself featured Wawrinka dominating rallies with his groundstrokes as they were far more dangerous than those of Murray. The Brit particularly struggled on his second serve winning only 6 points out of 21 which was really poor. It allowed Wawrinka to create 12 break chances and eventually take four of those.

Just a really strong performance from Wawrinka and quite poor from Murray.
