Nick Kyrgios and Casper Ruud had a public feud about three years ago that resulted in both players calling each other names.
Kyrgios took shots at Ruud as recent as last year when he accused the Norwegian of playing low-level clay events to win points. The Norwegian did play a handful of even where the competition was not strongest but he also played a lot of stronger events with pretty good results as well. Ruud did respond towards Kyrgios which is why the Australian took a lot of joy out of his victory yesterday.
Upon shaking hands with Ruud, the camera followed Kyrgios who was collecting his stuff after the match and when he noticed the camera pointing at him he said:
"I hear no talking now. None. F***** none."
It's safe to say Kyrgios waited a long time to say those words and he did not shy way from saying them.
