A teenage sensation, Coco Gauff celebrated her 16th birthday on 13th of March 2020 and she has decided to celebrate it with others by creating fundraising.

Gauff is the youngest player among the TOP 500 of the WTA Rankings. However, only a 16-years-old girl already knows that it is very much needed to help others. For her birthday, she teamed up with UNICEF to create fundraising on her Facebook account. The main goal is to raise money in order to fight coronavirus. Coco wrote:
"Today, I feel so fortunate to be with my family and the people that I care about! I hope during these difficult times we can come together and help each other fight the virus! Stay safe everybody. I know that right now, the coronavirus pandemic feels overwhelming, but there are ways we can help make a difference and keep communities around the world safe. "
"For my birthday, I’m fundraising to support UNICEF’s COVID-19 response. UNICEF has been working closely with governments and partners in their global efforts, providing communication, supplies, healthcare, education and more. They’re on the front lines of this fight against the pandemic, and it would mean so much to me if you could donate."
