Jan-Lennard Struff names Pete Sampras as his idol

The 30-years-old German enjoyed his breakthrough pretty late in his career. After spending a lot of time on the Challenger Tour and outside of the Top 100, Struff became a solid part of Top 40 of the ATP Ranking in 2019.

In one of the interviews, Struff admitted that he is not one of the 'guys that had talent'. The German is playing his best tennis late in his career and now he also revealed who is his idol. The TennisTV shared highlights from Agassi - Sampras rivalry and Jan-Lennard didn't hesitate a second to leave a comment. He wrote: "Such legends of the game!! Sampras my idol!!"
