Riske secures final at UTR Pro Match Series, third set to decide 2nd finalist between Collins and Tomljanovic

After losing the first match 0-2 to Ajla Tomljanovic, Alison Riske won the other 2 matches in 3 sets to secure the final spot. On day 2, Riske defeated Collins 4-1, 1-4, 4-1 to capture her 2nd victory of the tournament.

In the 2nd match of the evening, Tomljanovic could have added the 2nd victory, however after winning the first set 4-2, she lost the following sets 1-4 and 2-4 as Amanda Anisimova took her first victory.

The last match of the second day should have decided about the 2nd finalist. However, after Tomljanovic triumphed in the tie-break of the first set, and Collins won the second set tie-breaker the play was suspended. The players will finish the match on day 3 as the winner will book the final spot at the UTR Pro Match Series.
