Billie Jean King posted a photo on Instagram, reminiscing about a meeting with singer Billie Eilish.
Over a year ago, the American tennis legend had an encounter with the singer and songwriter at a Dodgers game last year. Both being from California, they posed together, showing their support for their team at the Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
The pop star Billie Eilish, at only 21 years old, is a highly regarded artist and has won 7 Grammy Awards, along with several American Music Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards, and others.
In 2021, she was crowned as the most successful new female artist of the year and had the best-selling album with "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?"
The photo of Billie Jean King and Billie Eilish was posted by the former tennis player on Friday, July 21st.

The photo was taken exactly a year ago when King and Eilish attended the baseball game between the Dodgers and San Francisco Giants, where the Dodgers won 9-6. Currently, the team they are fans of holds the first place in the National League West Division with a record of 54-43.

Billie Jean King will have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The 12-time Grand Slam champion is about to become the first female athlete to have a star on the Walk of Fame, an announcement that was made on June 26th. Regarding this, King expressed her joy with the news.
"Thrilled to hear that l've been named to the Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2024, in the Sports Entertainment category. Such an honor that I am the first woman athlete to receive this distinction.Thank you," she wrote.
“I’m so thrilled to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. As a native of Southern California, it is a dream come true,” King said. “I was fortunate to join Holly Hunter when her star was revealed—and now, it is an honor to join her and all of the other legends in Hollywood,” she said on a video.
