Tennis fans will be pleased to learn there will be new additions to the International Hall of Fame museum this summer. The outfits worn by 2024 Australian Open champions Jannik Sinner and Aryna Sabalenka will be put on display, commemorating their historic victories at the first Grand Slam of the season.
Sinner elevated his game towards the end of the 2023 season, and did not look back as he raced through the competition in Melbourne to win his maiden Grand Slam. Conversely, Sabalenka was able to successfully defend her title after prevailing last year, cementing her status as one of the best players in the world.
The museum organizers posted a video on social media where they stated the men's and women's singles champions had donated their championship winning outfits. The kits worn by both will be on display in the museum, alongside various memorabilia from other tennis legends.
