"You can't imagine how I coughed" - Zverev suspects he had Coronavirus

Alexander Zverev spoke to German media about how he felt a few months ago when he returned from China and played the ATP Cup in Australia.

Alexander Zverev spoke to the German news site, Bild and he revealed that he thinks that he was infected by the Coronavirus. Last year in December, Sascha went for a trip to China with his friend Brenda. He went from China right to Australia where he played the inaugural ATP Cup.
Zverev was not really successful at the ATP Cup when he lost all of his 3 matches. He started off with a first set victory against Alex De Minaur, but then he lost 6 sets in a row. First, the Aussie turned the match around and then he lost in straight sets to Tsitsipas and Shapovalov. Now, the German revealed that he might have been infected by the Coronavirus.
"My friend Brenda and I were in China on December 28. You can't imagine how I coughed for a month in Australia. I had a fever for two or three days and I coughed for five or six hours. Brenda too. We didn't know what it was. It was a cough that I never had. I had no pain, but I coughed continuously every ten seconds. I had no pain, but I coughed continuously every ten seconds."
