Dokic sees Rybakina as big winner out of Australian Open final against Sabalenka: "I see her dominating together with Iga Swiatek over the next five to eight years"

Elena Rybakina wasn't able to finish off the Australian Open as the winner losing to Sabalenka in the final but there are plenty of positives to draw from the experience.

She once again proved to belong at the top of tennis as this is her 3rd significant run among some of the best. She had the Olympic Games run where she finished with a medal, she won Wimbledon and now nearly won her second grand slam. All of that at a young age signals that she'll most likely continue to be dominant in the future.

Wilander predicted 10 grand slam final runs for her and former player Jelena Dokic seems to agree. She said:

“I see someone that is a multiple grand slam champion, maybe five, six slams. I definitely see more than two. It will depend on the injuries. But if she stays healthy, definitely. I see her dominating together with Iga Swiatek over the next five to eight years, no doubt about that."

Rybakina will finally make her top 10 debut on Monday after being denied that following her Wimbledon run.
