The entry list is set for the WTA 500 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix Stuttgart Open, taking place from 12 to 21 April 2025, featuring a star-studded lineup with eight top-10 players, including Iga Swiatek, Coco Gauff, Jessica Pegula, and Mirra Andreeva.
The clay-court tournament will be missing World No. 8 and defending champion Elena Rybakina, who defeated Marta Kostyuk in last season’s final. Swiatek – champion in 2022 and 2023 – will be the only other former winner in the draw.
Top seed Aryna Sabalenka, a three-time Stuttgart finalist, leads the pack, with Swiatek as the second seed. The two have clashed in two Stuttgart finals, both won by the Pole. Sabalenka and Madison Keys are the only top-10 players skipping the event.
Fifteen of the top 20 players will compete in a field that rivals a WTA 1000 in star power. Other notable names include teenage sensation Mirra Andreeva, Italian Jasmine Paolini, and Olympic gold medallist Zheng Qinwen. As of now, the top 20 confirmed entries are all ranked within the top 30, with local favourite Eva Lys receiving the only confirmed wildcard so far.
