Qatar TotalEnergies Open WTA Entry List with Sabalenka, Muguruza, Badosa

The 2022 Qatar TotalEnergies Open will feature an incredible field with only Ashleigh Barty from the top 10 missing from the entry list.

The event will run from February 20th till February 26th and it's a WTA 1000 Premier event. The event last year was won by Petra Kvitova and she will be back this year in order to try and defend her title. The other finalist Muguruza will also be back at the event hoping to better her result from the previous year. The only player missing from the top 10 is Ashleigh Barty and it's unclear whether she will play at the event.

As of now, it's expected she won't. Another big name that is missing from the entry list is Naomi Osaka who also does not seem likely to play at this event. Another top 20 player that is set to miss the event is Emma Raducanu who is also not on the list. Whether any of them enter via a potential wild card remains to be seen.
