Wimbledon Championships, British teenager
Emma Raducanu seems to be in high demand as she has been granted entry to the main draw at the
Mubadala Silicon Valley Classic in San Jose this summer.
The 18-year old surprised everyone with a strong showing at the All England Club, where she reached the fourth round before falling to
Ajla Tomljanovic after experiencing some difficulty breathing during the match. Ranked World No.338 at the start of the tournament, Raducanu rose to a career-high of No.179 following her exceptional performance.
The San Jose Open will run from August 2-8, 2021 and will feature WTA stars
Sofia Kenin,
Elise Mertens and
Madison Keys.
