Swiatek confirms family member who hardly ever sees her play will be at Dubai final: "I wanted to pressure him!"

Iga Swiatek defeated Coco Gauff once more making it 6-0 against the American to book another final which will be memorable for her due to several reasons.

It was a pretty good performance from Swiatek albeit not quite as good as the previous ones. Still, it was an easy win so she'll take it because it sent her into another final, her 2nd in two weeks. Speaking after the match, Swiatek praised Gauff explaining that she knew it was going to be very tough to win:

"Coco is a great player and I knew it was going to be tough. Especially after last year when we played five times, because you never know if you're going to see something new or not."

The final will be really special for Swiatek because her father will be in attendance, something that doesn't happen too often. She was determined to make the final in order to put pressure on him to live up to his promise:

"I heard that my dad is going to come to the final, and I wanted make sure that he will, because it's not often that he comes to matches. I wanted to pressure him!"
