Victoria Azarenka did not have her best day against Sorana Cirstea losing the match and after it, she was in no mood to talk to the press.
It was somewhat of a shocking defeat for Victoria Azarenka against Sorena Cirstea as the Belarussian is out of the event. It's not something she expected considering she entered
Wimbledon with several strong victories on grass this year. But she did not play a good match and her annoyment continued after the match into the press conference.
Azarenka arrived to talk to the press is not the greatest of moods and it quickly showed. She was first asked if she wanted to give her thoughts on the match and she replied:
"Not really."
She was then asked to assess her performance and once again she shot down the question by saying: "I need more time to assess this."
Finally, she was asked if Cirstea is a tough opponent to play against to which she simply said: "Yeah she is."
After that, the moderator stepped in to end the press conference. Azarenka clearly did not want to do it but she needed to in order to avoid a fine.
