"Why am I here?" Linda Noskova calls out sports outlet following post picturing her over genetic sex testing

Straight off the bat of her Wimbledon title, Linda Noskova was on cloud nine. The 21-year-old had launched herself among the tennis elite following a successful trip at SW19 continuing her incredible rise. However, from nowhere she found herself in the midst of controversy away from the action on the court.
The WTA have in the prior days ordered for all players on the WTA Tour to undergo genetic sex testing. This is to single out any transgender players competing. There are no transgender women currently competing on tour with the last one coming back in the mid 70s when Renee Richards featured.
The players have been forced to do these tests with them having to sign a document in the process. If they do not complete this procedure, consequences are to be around the corner. If they test negative, they are free to continue on competing. A positive test will lead to an investigation and scrutiny before a final decision would be made.
Noskova claps back at social media post
News outlets all around the world were quickly posting this news out onto their social media pages. One in particular named Outsports posted a picture of Noskova on their Instagram page detailing the headline.
With this having nothing to do with the Czech, Noskova instantly responded. She was bemused and not happy about being the main person on the topic of the genetic sex-testing policy, commenting underneath the post: "Why am I here?"
There is still no update on the reasoning behind it, and the post is still currently live. Noskova's comment has received over 400 likes and a number of responses backing her and going against the decision of using a picture of her.

One user wrote: "'Is Linda Noskova trans?' That's the exact question I asked Google, and the answer is no. Why would they use her pic in this headline?"
Noskova is coming off the back of not only the Wimbledon title, but also success at the Berlin Ladies Open, making this grass swing a hugely influential one.
