Mats Wilander is hugely impressed by
Elena Rybakina and her tennis and he believes she'll make at least 10 grand slam finals in the next five years.
If we use some math it becomes quite clear that Wilander thinks she'll make at least 50 % of the finals in the next five years which is a lot. Whether he meant it literally or not is not important, the important thing is that he believes she's only starting with her tennis journey. It's a scary thing as she's already so good.
"It's huge now but it's not going to be huge in five years when she'll make ten of these. With that kind of game and that personality. She's so calm and she's so mellow in that whole match. She's just starting out."
Rybakina impressed both Wilander and Henman by reacting without much excitement after making the semi-finals saying that the tournament is not over yet. Wilander is a fan of that approach:
"I love it. The goal is to win the tournament. It's a natural reaction to some people. Those people are usually the ones that go really far in our sports."
