The Truist Atlanta Open is an ATP 250 tournament that is held annually in Atlanta, Georgia and often features some of the best American prospects, in addition to several highly skilled players from other parts of the world.
The last edition was held in 2019, with the global pandemic leading to it being cancelled in 2020. Australian Alex De Minaur prevailed in the 2019 final over Taylor Fritz, although eight of the last 10 editions have been won by Americans. Coincidentally, another Aussie was also a recent champion at this event, with Nick Kyrgios winning in 2016. University of Georgia Alum John Isner is a five-time champion, completing a three-peat from 2013-2015, and winning two more titles in 2017 and 2018.
Isner will be competing at this year's event, accompanied by compatriots Reilly Opelka and Taylor Fritz. Jannik Sinner, Cameron Norrie and Benoit Paire will also be participating, with former champion Nick Kyrgios also scheduled to make an appearance at the event.
As well as Milos Raonic who is among the wildcards for the tournament with Jack Sock and Trent Bryde.
The tournament will be held from July 26-August 01 2021, and will feature a 28-player singles draw and a 16-player doubles tournament.
