2021 Wimbledon ATP & WTA Day 1 Schedule of Play with Djokovic, Murray, Swiatek

The 2021 Wimbledon kicks off on Monday, June 28th and will run till July 11th and the first day will bring us several strong matches headlined by Novak Djokovic.

The first day of Wimbledon will bring us 64 matches in total on both the ATP and WTA side with Novak Djokovic headlining the day. As per tradition the defending champion headlines day one but besides him, we will get to see players like Andy Murray and Iga Swiatek.

Djokovic will take on native youngster Jack Draper in a crowd-pleaser of a match. Another Brit that will play on day one is Andy Murray who will take on hard-hitting Nikoloz Basilashvili. Some other bigger names that will play on day one as well include Jannik Sinner who will take on Fucsovics and Rublev who will play Delbonis.

On the WTA side of things, we will see several other interesting matches such as Ferro - Muguruza, Kenin - Wang, Sabalenka - Nicolescu. Petra Kvitova will have a tricky job in the first round taking on Sloane Stephens while Venus Williams will take on Buzernescu. Swiatek will also play on day one taking on Hsieh.

Play will start at 12:00 CET and will last all day with the final matches set to start at 18:00 CET. Check out the full day one schedule below.
