The 2022 Australian Open Prize Money total has been announced and it will be $54 million which should make all the players happy.
Australian Open authorities have confirmed that the 2022 Australian Open will take place between 17-01-2022 and 30-01-2022 and they also announced a 4.5% increase in total prize money taking the total to a record-breaking $75 million AUD (54 million $). The increase in funds has also been confirmed by tennis Australia which means that the winner of 2022 tournament will take home similar payout like AUD $4.4 million (USD $3.19).
