2023 BNP Paribas Open Indian Wells Prize Money Breakdown with $8,800,000 on offer

The ATP and WTA will join forces during the week of March 8-19, 2023 as the BNP Paribas Open Indian Wells event takes place in California, USA.
A joint ATP 1000 and WTA 1000 event, Indian Wells showcases the best men's and women's players on the planet as they compete for one of the most prestigious titles on both tours. Affectionately referred to as "the fifth Grand Slam" by tennis fans, the tournament has been voted as the best in it's category many times throughout the years, most recently in 2022.
Top-ranked American Taylor Fritz will be hoping to defend his title, following a remarkable run in 2022. Carlos Alcaraz, Stefanos Tsitsipas and several other top 10 stars will be present.
On the women's side, world No.1 and defending champion Iga Swiatek will be hoping to re-establish her place as the best player in the world. Americans Jessica Pegula and Coco Gauff are scheduled to compete, as is recent Australian Open champion Aryna Sabalenka.
The winner from each event will be granted a whooping $1,262,220 and 1000 points, in addition to bragging rights and a place in history. Below is the full breakdown.
