The Hamburg European Open will take place from July 24-30, 2023 and will see the ATP tour temporarily return to clay following the conclusion of Wimbledon.
An ATP 500 event, it features several top singles and doubles players as there will be a 32-man singles field and 16-team doubles event.
Although the entry list is yet to be confirmed, hometown hero Alexander Zverev will be competing at the event. Joining him is compatriot Jan-Lennard Struff, who always puts on a show when playing in front of his home crowd. Norwegian Casper Ruud is also slated to compete at the event, coming as no surprise with a lucrative €1,831,515 prize pool on offer.
