The stars of the ATP will travel to Mallorca, Spain for the 2025
Mallorca Championships, which is used as a warmup to
Wimbledon. The grass court tournament is scheduled to run from June 22-28, 2025.
An ATP 250 event, the Mallorca Championships is one of the few grass courts events on the ATP calendar. Featuring a 28-man singles field and a 16-team doubles draw, the inaugural edition in 2021 was won by Russian Daniil Medvedev. Greek star Stefanos Tsitsipas lifted the trophy in 2022, however neither athlete is competing in Mallorca this year.
Shelton leads the way
American tennis star Chris Eubanks won the biggest title of his career at the 2023 tournament, as the Atlanta native plowed through the competition to win his maiden ATP trophy. It was Alejandro Tabilo last year. However, compatriot
Ben Shelton could stand in his way, as the American is scheduled to compete at the event. Felix Auger-Aliassime, Alex Michelsen among others are also involved.
The Mallorca Championships will offer €596,035 in total
prize money. The champion will leave with €90,675, in addition to 250 ATP ranking points as well as €52,890 for the runner-up with 165 points for that end. Below is the full breakdown.
