Argentina Open 2020 Day 3 is upon us and while it features only half the matches day 2 did it promises to be a good one. The schedule of play dictates that the 1st match the Argentinian crowd will see is between Jozef Kovalik and Pedro Sousa.
The Slovakian tennis player is having a good showing in Argentina after entering the main draw through qualification. This match is going to be followed by Pedro Martinez vs Laslo Đere. The Serbian is the 3rd seed here and after a very good Cordoba tournament, he will be looking to go even further here.
The next match will be between Casper Ruud and Carballes Baena. The Norwegian youngster loves playing on clay courts and is a formidable opponent on them. He won both his matches with ease and will look to continue doing so against the Spaniard.
The last match of the day will be between the number 4 seed Borna Coric and Thiago Monteiro. Coric hasn't had the best year so far so he will look to change that. He is a capable player who loves playing on clay courts this might be his best opportunity yet.
The Buenos Aires crowd won't see any Argentinian competing in the singles but there will some of them competing in the doubles section of the tournament.
