Hubert Hurkacz did extremely well at the Moselle Open in Metz to win his 4th career title. The 250 ATP points won allowed him to climb to number 8 in the ATP Race to Turin. It's a significant gain for Hurakcz who is in a fierce battle with several other tennis players for that 4 final spots in Turin. So far 4 players are mathematically in and they are Djokovic, Medvedev, Tsitsipas and Zverev.
The remaining four places are currently occupied by Rublev, Berrettini, Nadal and Hurkacz. Nadal obviously won't play because of the injury but both Rublev and Berrettini have over a 1000 points lead over Hurkacz which makes their appearance in Turin highly likely. That leaves only two spots up for grabs with many players still in the fight.
Casper Ruud is 9th, Felix Auger-Aliassime is 10th, Jannik Sinner is 11th and all of them are within 600 ATP points of one another with a solid number of points up for grabs. Check out the full rankings below to see how still has a chance to qualify.
