Rafael Nadal has snatched two titles so far in 2022 and he currently leads the ATP Race to Turin ahead of Medvedev and Tsitsipas.
Rafael Nadal has been the best performing player in 2022 so far with the Spaniard lifting two trophies in Australia. He achieved a superb thing by winning the 2022 Australian Open and the victory garnered him 2000 ATP points. That positions him on top of the ATP Race currently ahead of Medvedev who is 2nd and Tsitsipas who is 3rd.
The top 10 are completed by Berrettini at 4, Auger-Aliassime at 5, Shapovalov at 6, Monfils at 7, Bautista Agut at 8, Sinner at 9 and Maxime Cressy at 10. The season just started and many players have not played a lot of events which is why some of the top players are not yet ranked.
