ATP Ranking Update: Dimitrov moves up by 53 positions, Nadal closes the gap to Djokovic

Before the US Open, Novak Djokovic had a lead of 3740 points ahead of Nadal, but he lost almost all of that after the Nadal's success, who won the 19th Grand Slam title.

Daniil Medvedev also moved up to his career maximum, when he made it to the final in Flushing Meadows and moved up to 4th place.

An interesting shift in the ranking is the position of Matteo Berrettini, who played at the US Open in the semifinals and moved to his career high, which is 13th place.

By far the biggest move was made by the former world number three Grigor Dimitrov, who moved to the 25th position after the semi-final in New York.

Koepfer also made an interesting move, showing a nice performance at the US Open, when he was stopped by later finalist Daniil Medvedev. Koepfer moved by 32 places to the best position in the ATP ranking in his career, what means 86th place.
