ATP Rankings Update: Djokovic retains No. 1 with no changes in top 10

Another Monday brings another ATP Rankings update and not much has changed at the top with Djokovic still ahead of Nadal and Medvedev.

Another week of the calendar has passed and the new ATP Rankings are out. It's the first Monday of May and the first ATP Rankings in May have no changes at the top. Novak Djokovic is still number one in the world followed by Nadal and Medvedev.

There no changes in the top 10 or the top 20 but a bit down the rankings there were a few changes. Nikoloz Basilashvili won a trophy and Munich and jumped 4 spots to 31 in the world while Albert Ramos-Vinolas jumped 9 spots to 37 after winning Estoril.

There were no dramatic dips or jumps but Ilya Ivashka is back in the top 100 at 94 after a strong month of tennis. Four players reached career highs this week: Ruud at 22, Koepfer at 53, Moutet at 67 and Popyrin at 76. Check out the full rankings below:
