The WTA 500 event in Doha is shaping up to a huge event with the entry list having multiple great players like Azarenka, Krejcikova, Andreescu, Fernandez and Rybakina in the qualifiers.
The event is one of the two Gulf events that will happen in the near future and both of those events are stacked. You probably won't see a better entry list for a 500 event this year than this one as only two of the top 20 players are missing from it (Sakkari and Halep). Halep is suspended so technically only Sakkari is skipping it over.
Due to that, we have multiple big names in the qualifiers. Players like Rybakina, Krejcikova, Azarenka, Andreescu, Fernandez, and Muguruza are all in the qualifiers. Some of them might get a wild card entry but either way, we'll see some big names in the qualifiers.
