Novak Djokovic's medical exemption has been called into question since it was announced so he could play in the Australian Open.
His visa was cancelled earlier this week and he is currently in immigration detention but court documents have now leaked showing Djokovic's response.
He said he had a valid visa and medical exemption from the organiser of the Australian Open and that he had a positive PCR test on 16 December 2021.
This they believe is enough to prove that he has valid grounds for his exemption and visa. A decision will be made on Monday in regards to this case.
