After losing the 2nd set Novak Djokovic lashed out at the umpire: "You've made yourself famous today"

During the last game of the 2nd set, Dominic Thiem was threatening to level the score by winning a game on Djokovic's serve and clinch the 2nd set. In it, Djokovic received two delays of game violations for not serving during the specified timeframe. The 1st warning was issued because Djokovic failed to serve within the limit. He wasn't happy about it but ultimately won the point. Later on in the same game when facing a break-point he got another violation.
As the rules specify that if you receive a second violation during the same game you lose your first serve. A direct consequence of that, was that Djokovic served a very weak 2nd serve. He lost the point, the game, and the set. While walking back he sarcastically tapped the umpire on the foot telling him:
"You've made yourself famous today. Well done, man."
After the umpire explained to him that the penalties where justified he lashed out again while sitting on his bench. He repeated his words from before: "You've made yourself famous today. Well done."
The penalties were justified as Djokovic did delay the game by a large margin, not just a few seconds.
