Taking place between June 9-15, 2025, the Queen's Club Championships return, not only on the ATP but also on the WTA. Returning after 30 years, it takes place in the week after Roland Garros. It is in the same spot as the Libema Open, s-Hertogenbosch, and has replaced Nottingham's spot on the calendar, which shifts to a week later.
The men's event also will as ever be the week after. That is headlined by Carlos Alcaraz, Jack Draper and Tommy Paul who is defending champion. An equally star studded line-up will also descend upon London for the WTA version. This includes two of America's top 10 stars, a British duo likely to get a lot of focus this summer and also the current Wimbledon champion.

Entry List (see draw)

The field is a stacked one with Jessica Pegula, Madison Keys, Zheng Qinwen, Emma Navarro all involved. As well as Emma Raducanu and Katie Boulter who begin their grass court seasons in London.
Elena Rybakina, Diana Shnaider, Karolina Muchova, Daria Kasatkina and current Wimbledon champion Barbora Krejcikova are also on the line-up.
Laura Robson is the tournament director at the Queen's Club for the women's draw and for instance is close with Keys so has used her contacts to bring in top names.

How to watch

As ever with WTA tournaments, it can be watched throughout the world. But there is a difference during the grass court season.
BBC have rights to the full tournament and so like the ATP edition, in the UK it will be on free to air TV. It will be shown on BBC TV, BBC iPlayer and also their digital service.
Tennis Channel in the States will also show the event in full. Further broadcast partners are not confirmed as of this time as per the LTA.

Predictions

Samuel Gill, Head Editor for TennisUpToDate.com believes that we could get a surprise to begin the grass court season. "WTA tennis at the best of times is unpredictable as anything. That is what I see happening again this next week."
"Draw dependent as currently we have no draw but Jessica Pegula and Madison Keys will either flourish or flounder for me. Pegula will have a point to prove after losing to Boisson in Paris. While Keys was ahead against Gauff and let unforced errors rule her day."
"Both Gauff and Boisson are still in Paris, while Keys and Pegula now head onto grass so it will either be a masterstroke or a failure. Elena Rybakina has been sighted training in Bratislava this week so I think she will go well."
Pegula to bounce back?
Pegula to bounce back?
"While Diana Shnaider also won a grass court title last year. Others such as Petra Kvitova, Karolina Muchova aren't as easy to decipher. Same with Wimbledon champion Barbora Krejcikova. I'd say Pegula will prove a point this week and will win the title. She won Berlin last year and so won't have to defend those points."
"I see her facing perhaps an Anisimova or even Kalinskaya if they are placed on the Keys side of the draw. Also watch out for Donna Vekic and Beatriz Haddad Maia who always go well on grass."
"Emma Raducanu and Katie Boulter will also have the spotlight on them. Albeit the former won't be as spotlight driven as Jack Draper in the men's this summer which may help her."
