The typical start to the road towards Wimbledon is usually the second week between 16-22 June, 2025 at the
Queen's Club Championships taking place in London.
Carlos Alcaraz is the top name involved in London but given his Roland Garros win, he may swerve a return to the site of his grass court breakout.
Tommy Paul is defending champion though having won the title 12 months ago.
He returns as do a myriad of top names. Renamed the Andy Murray Arena, it won't have the British stalwart this year but instead, it will have
Jack Draper as their leading light. Past champions include John McEnroe, Lleyton Hewitt and Andy Roddick as well as Murray who is one of only eight alongside Alcaraz to complete the Queen's-Wimbledon double.

How to watch
As ever with ATP tournaments, it can be watched throughout the world. But there is a difference during the grass court season.
BBC have rights to the full tournament and so like the ATP edition, in the UK it will be on free to air TV. It will be shown on BBC TV, BBC iPlayer and also their digital service. It is the same as the WTA tournament which takes place in the week prior.
Tennis Channel in the States will also show the event in full. Further broadcast partners are not confirmed as of this time as per the LTA.
Prediction Queen's Club Championships 2025
Samuel Gill, Head Editor for TennisUpToDate.com is weary of threat of Carlos Alcaraz withdrawing from the tournament so doesn't pick him for the title.
Carlos Alcaraz in reality is hard to make a prediction on as he could in reality play at the 2025 Queen's Club Championships. But in reality he may decided not to play now until Wimbledon.
Draper the king of London?
As a result, I'd probably plump for Jack Draper over anybody else. The Brit is up to World No.4 and will provide a feel good story. Albeit one that will likely give the tabloids ammunition to go for him as their top player at Wimbledon.
Aside from him, I see
Alex de Minaur, Holger Rune or Grigor Dimitrov as known entities on grass having a good week."
