Novak Djokovic will begin his 2023 season at the Adelaide International with the news being finally official after weeks of speculation.
There have been reporters from his native Serbia that he will start his year early in Australia at the Adelaide International. It's now officially confirmed with Djokovic appearing on the entry list of the event and that will actually be his only prep event for the Australian Open.
It's a different approach to last year as he only travelled for the grand slam but the circumstances are widely different. His visa was reinstated and he will be able to enter the country with ease. That should certainly allow him to be more relaxed about the situation as he's widely favoured to win the event once more, especially with his performances in the last few weeks of the season.
