Carlos Alcaraz is on the same side of the draw as Jannik Sinner, so he would face the Italian in a hypothetical Wimbledon 2024 semifinals. He has had a fairly comfortable draw in general up to the quarterfinals of the tournament avoiding almost all the grass court specialists. He would only face Novak Djokovic in a hypothetical replay of the 2023 final.
Thus, Carlitos will start with a theoretically easy opponent as the Estonian Mark Lajal in the first round and in the second round he could face Sebastian Ofner. In the third round he will face the always complicated Frances Tiafoe in this kind of courts. Fourth round with tough opponents on grass, although not impossible as Humbert or Thompson. In quarters, more of the same, not the worst: Paul or Ruud;
Obviously from the semis onwards it gets very uphill and it is normal to meet Sinner. Facing the hypothetical final we will see if Nole will be able to reach or we could relive the final of Roland Garros against Zverev.
FIRST ROUND - Mark Lajal
SECOND ROUND - Sebastian Ofner
THIRD ROUND - Frances Tiafoe
Last 16 - Ugo Humbert / Jordan Thompson
FINAL QUARTERS - Tommy Paul / Casper Ruud
SEMIFINALS - Jannik Sinner / Daniil Medvedev
FINAL - Novak Djokovic / Alexander Zverev
