The draw for the ATP 250 Libema Open s'Hertogenbosch has been announced, set to take place from June 9-15, 2025, marking one of the events that kick off the grass-court swing. It will see the return of major stars to the courts, this time on a new surface, with Daniil Medvedev, Ugo Humbert, and Hubert Hurkacz among the main attractions.
The tournament will not feature defending champion Alex De Minaur, nor 2024 finalist Sebastian Korda, but it will boast a star-studded draw looking to start the road to Wimbledon in the best possible way.

Medvedev and Humbert are the Top Favorites

The first four seeds received a first-round bye. In the top half of the draw, Medvedev awaits his opponent between a qualifier or Australia's Christopher O’Connell. A quarterfinal clash could see several candidates, with the 8th seed Luciano Darderi as a favorite to face the Russian in the round of eight.
In the bottom half of the draw, Humbert waits to find out the winner between Rinky Hijikata and a qualifier. A possible quarterfinal duel looms with the 7th seed Nuno Borges, or Argentina's Tomas Martin Etcheverry, in a section of the draw that could produce surprises, considering that both Borges and Etcheverry do not feel particularly comfortable on grass courts.

Key First Round Matches

The 8th seed Darderi will face a tough challenge in his Monday debut against Chile's Nicolás Jarry – former Rome Open champion. The South American has been going through a complicated period over the last year, but he remains a significant name in any draw, and eager to regain ranking points, he knows this will be an important chance to add points, considering his low ranking of No. 150, which will force him to play Challengers in the coming weeks and Wimbledon qualifying.
Another significant first-round match will be between the 5th seed Hubert Hurkacz and the experienced Roberto Bautista Agut – former No. 9. The Spaniard continues to maintain a competitive level after a long career and holds a ranking of No. 50, a more than respectable position for his 37 years. Bautista also has a grass title back in 2014 and a final on the surface back in the 2022 Mallorca Open – falling to Stefanos Tsitsipas.
