Fritz and Rune dubbed 'Tayger' stun Mektic/Pavic to reach Quarter-Finals in Monte-Carlo Masters doubles

Holger Rune and Taylor Fritz partnered up at the Monte Carlo Masters and are playing really well advancing into the quarter-final by taking down Mektic and Pavic 6-3 6-3.

Holger Rune and Taylor Fritz are not known as doubles players but they are proving once again that very good singles players make very good double players. They teamed up for the first time in Monte-Carlo and are playing really well. The first match was yesterday and it was a win and now they won a second one as well.

They took former world number one's Mektic and Pavic who have won multiple grand slams together. Quite a huge win for the pairing which nobody saw coming.
