Carlos Alcaraz has no doubt that Djokovic is the biggest problem for him on the clay despite a very lacklustre start for the Serbian and the elbow issues.
Djokovic's exit from the Srpska Open in Banja Luka raised some eyebrows because many expected him to at least make the final at the event. He crashed out in the semi-final admitting after the match that he didn't feel that good which caused even more concern to his fans as the elbow issues seem to be a real problem.
Djokovic didn't speak on it much hoping to hit peak level at Roland Garros. Alcaraz certainly believes it as the Spaniard named Djokovic as the biggest threat to him on clay:
"Djokovic is Djokovic even though he lost in the round of 16 in Monte Carlo and the quarterfinals in Banja Luka: he can reach Madrid and win it, he can get to Rome and win, so we have him there as the main rival, but obviously there are great players who are up to Nole on clay."
The next event for both of them is the Madrid Open that begins next week. They played at last year's edition with Alcaraz winning that match in three sets.
