"He’s the man of the hour”: Carlos Alcaraz rumored to be dating SI star Brooks Nader

Everything has been a source of joy for Carlos Alcaraz recently, especially after he secured his 6th major title at the US Open by defeating Jannik Sinner in the final. The Spaniard reclaimed the world No. 1 ranking and extended his winning streak. Recent reports also indicate that Alcaraz has found love, having been linked to a well-known American model.

After the Sports Illustrated swimsuit star was spotted at the 2025 US Open, many fans believed she was romantically linked to Jannik Sinner. But in a twist worthy of a rom-com, Nader’s sister, Grace Ann, has set the record straight: Brooks is dating Sinner’s greatest rival, Spanish tennis champion Carlos Alcaraz.

Speaking exclusively with E! News at the Raising Cane’s NYFW Show on September 10, Grace Ann didn’t hold back. “The rumors are true,” she revealed. “Dating is such a loose term. But I do know he’s the man of the hour.”

Though she called the relationship “loose,” Grace Ann confirmed the 28-year-old model and the 22-year-old Grand Slam winner are indeed seeing each other. And the relationship seems to be progressing fast — Alcaraz has already met Brooks’ sisters Mary Holland, 26, and Sarah Jane, 23. Grace Ann herself hasn’t had the chance yet, but she’s clearly looking forward to it: “I’m dying to,” she added. “Such a cutie.”

The romance first came under the spotlight when Nader appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on September 2. At the time, the host hinted that she had been seen at Jannik Sinner’s match during the US Open.

But Nader corrected him, cheekily telling the executive producer of her reality series Love Thy Nader: “You’re close. You’re warm, but we weren’t at that match.” Instead, she had been cheering for Alcaraz as he faced France’s Arthur Rinderknech in 4th round. That playful clarification ended the Sinner rumours once and for all, and now Grace Ann’s confirmation has officially placed Alcaraz in the picture.

For tennis fans unfamiliar with her, Brooks Nader is far more than a headline-making love interest. She has carved out a reputation as one of Sports Illustrated’s modern icons, appearing in the swimsuit issue seven times. Her big break came in 2019, when she won the magazine’s Swim Search competition, making the jump from amateur modelling to international recognition.

In 2023, she landed her first cover, joining Kim Petras, Megan Fox, and Martha Stewart for a high-profile, multi-cover edition that went viral worldwide. That moment solidified her status as a “legend” in the SI world.

Nader’s personal life has also attracted media attention. While attending Tulane University in her home state of Louisiana, she began dating advertising executive Billy Haire. The two married in 2019, the same year she moved to New York. Reflecting on their split in a 2025 interview, she was candid about the emotional toll: “Es una parte de mi historia. Es una parte de lo que me dio forma. Fue una decisión muy, muy difícil de divorciarse solo porque no amas a alguien. Es por eso que lo hice.” The pair divorced in 2022.

Post-divorce, Nader’s name has been tied to several high-profile figures, including Dancing with the Stars partner Gleb Savchenko in 2023 and Prince Constantine-Alexios of Greece and Denmark in 2024.
