John Isner was able to edge out Auger-Aliassime for most aces in 2022 in the most competitive race for the title we've seen in years.
Generally, Isner dominates this category and he did again but this around it was far more competitive than general. It's mostly because Auger-Aliassime played a lot of tennis this year, especially compared to Isner who never played less tennis than this year. The American is getting up there in age so it's understandable.
He had 895 aces with Auger-Aliassime ending the year with 890. Hurkacz was 3rd with 827. Cressy was 4th, Kyrgios was 5th and Bublik finished 6th. Check out the list below:
