Jannik Sinner will play for the second time in his career at the ABN AMRO World Tennis World Tennis Championships from 5 to 13 February 2022.
Sinner joins a star-studded line-up that features 2021 US Open champion Danil Medvedev, 2019 ATP Finals champion Stefanos Tsitsipas, Rotterdam defending champion Andrey Rublev, 2021 Miami Open champion Hubert Hurkacz, Gael Monfils, and Felix Auger Aliassime.
Tournament Director Richard Krajicek was delighted about the news saying:
"After his win in the Next Gen ATP Finals, we gave him a wild card in 2020 and he immediately made it to the quarter finals. This year he had a fantastic season with four tournament wins. He was the first teenager ever to win an ATP 500 tournament in Washington."
The event is a very popular event that features strong lineups every year and the 2022 edition will be no different . Sinner is a very good indoor player having won several trophies on the surface including one in Sofia not so long ago.
