Kyrgios fires back after neighbor posts photos of the Australian's inconvenient parking method

Australian tennis player Nick Kyrgios is not one to hold his tongue, and he took to social media to defend himself after photos posted by his neighbor regarding the Aussie's parking technique went viral.

The incident began when his neighbor took to Facebook to share the inconvenience caused due to Kyrgios’ incorrect car parking. The neighbor shared a series of pictures of Kyrgios’ lime green Tesla Model X car, saying, 

“Looking for some advice here, it’s a tricky one, we have a car share allocated spot right out the front of our apartment building. Recently a very well known famous and quite notorious tennis player has decided that he is somehow entitled to park in it with his own vehicle.”

After being made aware of the post, Kyrgios took to Instagram to issue an apology, albeit with a cheeky dig included.

"Hi there, I’ve parked in the right spot. I’ve made amends. Sorry for my inconvenient parking for one day," wrote the 27-year old.

The Cranberra native's response only seemed to bring more attention to the matter, leading to several people siding with the neighbor and question Kyrgios' driving abilities. This led to the former World No.13 writing another statement.

"Haha nothing to talk about it Australia other than where Nick Kyrgios parks. Y’all are funny.”
